Caitlin has been with LS Smith, Inc since 2021. Originally from Minnesota, she moved to North Carolina in 2013. After spending the majority of her working life in restaurants, she took a chance and joined LS Smith in a full time capacity, and quickly immersed herself in her role. Caitlin’s dedication to organization and streamlined communication has aided the continued success of LS Smith. She handles all the day to day scheduling, phone calls and emails and never shies away from talking to someone new. You can often find Caitlin visiting worksites and multifamily complexes with Kelly and Matt, and she is eager to soak up all the knowledge she can about construction. When she’s not working, you can find Caitlin watching sports, reading a good book, and spending time outside with her two dogs.
